Alberto was amazing and was very helpful with recommendations. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable.

Its a bit noisy in the morning in the area but nothing a pair of earplugs cant fix!

"Prive kamer met ruime privacy"

Eigen ingang naar de kamer en een heerlijk bed. Tips en adviezen van de host die ook Engels sprak. Veilige buurt en winkels op loop afstand.

Jammer genoeg geen zeep in de badkamer.

De behulpzame medewerkers waren top! Alvaro denkt graag met je mee en een fiets huren kon bij de prijs in. Bed was heel fijn en genoeg opberg plek.

De badkamer is was oud en lijkt daardoor op het eerste oog wat vies, maar dat valt reuze mee.

Am besten hat mir die Kommunikation mit Alvaro gefallen. Er ist stets erreichbar, spricht Englisch und ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist ebenfalls schön, gut ausgestattet und die Küche ist perfekt, um sich Speisen jederzeit zuzubereiten. Leider war ich im kältesten Monat dort, daher war es nachts im Zimmer recht kalt (keine Heizung) und dadurch sind Handtücher etc. auch nicht wirklich getrocknet, da die Luft immer sehr feucht war. Ansonsten ist alles sauber und die Lage ist auch in Ordnung - ruhig und Barranco sowie Miraflores sind in max. 15 min fußläufig erreichbar. Ich werde wiederkommen, denn rundum ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen. Das WLAN ist auch gut.

Fehlende Heizung, im Winter kann es dadurch recht kalt und "klamm" werden.

It's a home-stay, you share the common spaces with the family. So it's safe and homely. Location is good. Safe neighborhood. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Ideal for tourists trying to keep things under their budget and cover the main Lima attractions in a few days.

Private room is medium size but with two separate beds with little space to manage luggage (one queen-size bed would have been enough). Staying indoors for rest or relaxation would not be comfortable. The door locks are weird and difficult to manage. Run down, poorly lit and cluttered kitchen.

Very welcoming and the house was charming. Had a great time!

30 min walk to Miraflores. Fine for me but could understand it’s a bit far for some people!
