The site was clean and well kept and the accommodation was spot on.

Great location and very clean.

Gravel parking but only because we were on motorbikes.

Location, you can go for a walk to England, close to the town, close to the lake.

Unfortunately, there are too many spiders, of course I understand that they are everywhere, but I have never seen so many of them in a caravan.

Nicely presented quiet park. Cleanliness was great. The pod was well equipped. Use of hot tub was good. Enjoyed the walks around the park and the Estate.

We stayed during a heatwave 31 degree heat the pod was facing the sun and was difficult to keep cool, perhaps use of an umbrella/ shade would have been good. The hot tub temp was set quite high and locked so we couldn't turn it down and were unable to use it on the really hot days. There were a lot of spiders especially around the hot tub fence and some were coming in through the bathroom window. A fitted sheet was provided for the sofa bed it was awkward to put on, a flat sheet would have fit better. That said we would visit again and had a lovely time.

The site is lovely and the location. We loved our hottub and the view. The staff were also very helpful and listened to any concerns, and they were rectified.

Our Caravan was lovely, but lots of spiders to the point we thought it was infested!

it was clean, the location was great and there were nice walks nearby. the staff in reception were kind and informative and they were quick to help when we needed extra bedding/towels.

The caravan walls were wafer thin, leading to excessive temps and we could hear the conversations of the people in the hot tubs or on the decking next door to us etc... as the windows needed to be left open at night due to the temp, you could hear the excessive noise from other people (despite a warden on site) so it was... either noise or heat pretty much the whole time and this led to a lot of disrupted sleep. On the flip side, it didn't feel private, our hot tub was overlooked by the neighboring caravan but not by us, so we didn't let the kids use it for that reason. It would also be nice to not look at the tail end of my car when in the hot tub - another fence panel would make things more private. There is also only one car charger which is a trickle charger.... it would be useful to have a fast car charging option. there was also a hole in the door to the main bedroom and the sofa bed was damaged by a previous user.

The mattress wasn’t comfortable and the couches on the narrow side for relaxing on
