The staff were lovely. The caravan was spotless and the site was very well kept. Close to the beautiful village with the madhatters tearoom where we had a delicious lunch. Lovely walks 8 miles from Kelso where we went for the day and 12 miles from Berwick where we went also

"Great holiday park in a beautiful location"

The park is well organised, staff is very polite and helpful. The accommodation very clean and comfortable. We were able to cook (all kitchen utensils are there) and have our meals outside at the table in the sun which was lovely. There are a few restaurants/ pubs/ cafés and a supermarket 10 mins walking and the most beautiful park with an estate and a farm shop.

We were close by the road and could hear the cars in the evening and morning but it wasn't a big issue.

The location was perfect, a lovely peaceful area in Coldstream, and the holiday cabins are clean and looked very new. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
