Хозяин виллы употребляет алкоголь и контролирует действия отдыхающих, в одну из ночей было шумно, что неприемлемо, темно в номере, сантехника старая

Очень приветливый хозяин и его семья. Встречают комплиментом от отеля!) Помогают по любым вопросам. Номер большой и комфортный. Вай фай хорошо ловит. Уборка по территории каждый день, номер так же убирают. Есть бошьша кухня с обеденной зоной, мангальная зона. Расположение в стороне от шумной дороги, шум почти не слышно. В номере кондиционер и вентилятор, постельное белье, все отлично. Спасибо!

Eine sehr schöne und zentral-gelegene Unterkunft, mit sehr netten Gastgebern - Sunil, seiner family und Mitarbeitern! Eines der saubersten Zimmer, dass wir auf unserer Reise hatten! Jedes Bett war bequem und inkl. Moskitonetz! Der Raum hatte 4 Lampen und war absolut gut vom Licht. Danke für die schöne Zeit, die Tipps und den netten Gesprächen! :) Sehr zu empfehlen!

Отдыхали у Сунила 10 дней, не так шумно, как на цент улице, утром кричат павлины, по пальмами прыгают обезьяны, на соседней крыше видели варана. Каждый день убирают территорию, номера раз в 3 дня, меняют пост бельё. Все приветливые на любую просьбу откликается сразу, Сунил всегда на месте и готов помочь. По дороге на главную улицу местные жители продают кокосы и фреши по очень хорошей цене.

Beautiful room overlooking a lush garden (balcony - garden view). Very kind and helpful owner and staff. A gem in unawatuna.

Sunil was very welcoming and helpful, the rooms were so clean and comfortable, cleaned and maintained at very high standards… we were all welcomed with a cool king coconut each and they carried our luggages up to our rooms. Rooms had everything we needed and bathrooms were spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice guest house. Fridge in room was very useful. The host was very kind and gave us a free lift when there wasn’t any Tuk Tuks coming

Our stay at Sunil Garden was very nice. The rooms are basic but clean and include everything you might need. What we loved most was the terrace in front of our room, where we could see various animals, including monkeys, every morning. The hotel is located on a back street, so it’s surprisingly quiet at night, even though you’re in the center of Unawatuna. Although it’s not mentioned, they do have parking available, so if you’re traveling with a tuk-tuk, there’s a place to park it. Sunil was very friendly and helped us with everything during our stay. Defeneatly I would stay there again

We stayed in a comfortable family room with A/C. Good beds, great warm shower. There is a large communal kitchen, but we didn't use it. The location is a little bit away from the busy (and loud) main road, but it's an easy walking distance away from the restaurants, shops and the beach. Sunil and his staff are very friendly, sometimes keeping a watchful eye on our small children when they were playing in the garden, pointing out the monkeys, lizzards and birds in the trees to them. They even bought some snacks for them as a present.
