The advertising is false They mentioned a lake which turned out to be a unmaintained pool, they mentioned a 45 square meters room which was probably half that, no TV and no hot water at all The price was reasonable for what was offered but false advertising takes away the customers trust in this app, it makes me wish I didn’t book the place and just looked for hotels myself

PKI had an awesome experience while staying at Royal Shangrila. The rooms were clean & comfortable. They have truly professional staff who know how to deal with customers. The plus point is that their location is quite good. You can easily find everything nearby. Rated 10/10.

Have to go out for food and snacks. The facility has very little to offer except basic breakfast.
