PKI initially booked for one day but ended up extending my stay because of how great the experience was. The breakfast here is far better than most hotels, and the view is absolutely stunning. The parking area is spacious, and navigating around the property is very convenient. The staff’s cooperation was excellent and really stood out. While the internet speed is average, mobile data works perfectly fine. Overall, this is hands down one of the best hotels I’ve visited in the northern region. I appreciate SHANI for their positive attitude and cooperative hospitality

there was no light all night.generator should be there as it is in remote area and a night with out light is a nightmare . area from road to hotel was unpaved it should have been paved for easy access.

PKIf you want to take a rest from your busy life and want some piece than it's a best place to come for stay. Room rent is very reasonable. It's location is ideal as it is on main Naran Kaghan Road. Staff is cooperative. The best thing is that a River Kunhar is just away of 2 minutes walk.
PKWe had a wonderful stay at Royal Shangrila Balakot, offering excellent value for money. We highly recommend it for a stopover. The rooms were air-conditioned, clean, and well-furnished, with access to hot water showers. The property is well-constructed and nicely maintained. We reached at 2 at night, staff has welcomed us and assigned rooms immediately.
