Riverside Garden Hostel

It was in a great location right by the main ‘strip’ of the town and the views from the pool were amazing!! We stayed in a private room and it is what you pay for

As it was near the centre, it became very noisy from 5:30-2am. Can hear the tipsy tubing music earlier in the evening then you can hear all the bars until the early hours in the morning. However, we just got used to the noise and it didn’t affect up by the end. I wish the room had a warm/little lamp to light it up in the evenings. We had a little green bulb that we had to make do with obviously turning our room green.

Friendly and helpful staff who sorted our onward transport and motorbike hire for the day. Pool was nice

Wonderful location, just across the bridge from the main part of town. The pool has an incredible view also. The rooms are you get what you pay for.

Location is fine. Lots of restaurants around. The staff are very nice.

It's super loud at night. I had trouble sleeping because you hear loud music from the bar next to the facility until 2am. Cleanliness is also a bit of a problem. Breakfast isn't very good. We ate out on the second day.

The hostel is run by a Vietnamese Laos family. It has a great view of Nansong river and excellent swimming pool, friendly and helpful staff.

So the hostel is doing lots of renovations! So the property looks dirtier than the pictures show. There were no towels given but we brought our own. Staff were friendly but the language barrier was a problem. I think once they are done renovating and clean up the property will be beautiful!
