Midtown Downtown Breeze

Parking was in building 7 & apartment on building 5 so it was a distance with all our luggage to get there. People & animals up & down corridor. No towels out in property we found them in dryer with the previous occupants bedding still wet. We didn’t feel comfortable being in that area so unfortunately we had to find somewhere else to stay which cost us a lot more money which we are very upset about.

I liked the location and security of the building, although using the app is more complicated than if you had a key. Street parking is pretty impossible, so parking in the guest garage was helpful.

The apartment was not clean. I think at most, the counters were wiped down. The paper towel roll was almost empty (thankfully I keep extras with me), the floor and bathroom mats were dirty, the shower/shower curtain wasn’t clean at all (hairs and grime), there was a small ironing board in a messy closet, but no iron, the soaps were all very low. The only thing that appeared to be restocked was a fresh roll of tissue. With all of these observances and an “impression” on the comforter as if someone sat on it, I didn’t feel confident that the linens were cleaned. Maybe they didn’t care to thoroughly clean because I was only staying 1 night. I ended my night late and decided not to sleep there and slept in my car instead.
