Large, bath included, kitchen, beds comfy

There were no curtains on the windows so we were all awake with the sun. They just had white slat blinds which did nothing to help. Poorly sound insulated so you can hear conversations at street level on the third floor and the music from the bars, sirens etc will keep you up all night. Upstairs stank of stale smoke and febreeze. Told the staff this but they didn't believe me. Then discovered all the fire alarms were not working because they were switched off at the fuse box. All of the fire alarms chirped when they were switched on because the back up batteries were dead. Then discovered the door at the bottom of the stairs which is the only way out of the building was broken with the handle missing and the second fire alarm for the building was also faulty. When I told the staff they said they were already aware of this potentially life ending series of safety failures and didn't offer any reassurance or to move us somewhere safe. Most of the furniture was either broken or dirty.

Everything about it was perfect loved it

First night 21 at was really noisy with girls screaming shouting at each other close door was left open all night with people in number 1

I liked that there was a TV in the bedroom and in the living room

The property was poorly cleaned. I was there with a toddler and the floors were visibly dirty. They don’t do a thorough cleaning. The sofa was very dirty and dusty. I was not impressed at all. Once his legos went under the sofa, I bent to pick it up and the amount of dirt under the sofa was really bad. They need to do better with their cleaning.

Toilet stinks for some reason and no body wash or shampoo only 1 towel and the person on the phone can hardly understand her struggle was outside 30 mins

Heating on the upper floors. Spacious sitting, kitchen and bedroom.

Cold bathroom. No bath mat. Absolute basics only of kitchen items - couldn’t cook a dinner (it was a Christmas stay) Glasses, coffee machine (no pods and not cleaned ), plates, mugs, cutlery, kitchen cupboards splashed with oils and so on. Bedside tables dirty. Dirty tea towel. Not worth the money paid. Apt, access once inside main entrance, not well indicated.

The apartment was very comfortable. Beautifully furnished. Its location was perfect for the city center. We loved having a kitchen and a washing machine. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Communication was very good.

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable for us.

Very clean apartment and location is fantastic.

Coffee tables in the living room are both wobbly. They need to be fixed. The bath room was super cold. May need an extra heater for winter.

Location was fantastic. We stayed in the apartment 3 with 2 bed rooms. All rooms were decorated nicely and very clean. The pressure of the shower was fantastic.

Wi-Fi password didn't work. Every room has a TV but we couldn't watch normal TV channels as it said "no signal". You can watch Netflix, BBC iplayer, etc without problem. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, if you have an issue with your legs, it will be difficult to do up and down.

Very nice and clean apartment. In a perfect location city centre.
