I would like to commend Victor for being a very good host. From the moment I booked the room and the whole time of my stay, he was available at all times. He even offered if I needed transport. The house is VERY clean and organized. The amenities are complete. He also brought an air purifier to put in my room. The bathroom is commendable. The room is perfect for solo travelers or couples. The location is very near the Old Town (3mins away after walking out of the flat's street). Upon returning to Tbilisi from Kazbegi, Victor gave me a good offer for another stay 😊 I wish you get more clients, Victor because you're a good host and you have a very nice home.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The room and the kitchen are sparkling clean. The bed is very comfy and the host is an amazing person! He speaks an incredible English! I strongly recommend this place.

"Short but pleasant stay in old Tbilisi"

The hotel is a clean apartment in the old city of Tbilisi. Rooms with private bathroom, kitchen with refrigerator and washing machine available. Very comfortable stay with everything you need.

We had a small problem with check-in and the keys but the owner resolved it quickly after calling him. On the contrary, he was very flexible with payment

Everything is more than excellent, from the place itself to the accurate pictures of the hotel. I booked one night first and then added another night. I am now traveling to Batumi and will return here. Thank you, Viktor for everything; I have gained a friend.

There is no bidet for the toilet.
