"Good stay right in centre of city"

New property, well maintained, right in city centre and comfortable. Very peaceful area. The owner Victor is very helpful.

The property should have a name board and sign board as it is in a side lane.

I can definitely recommended this place. It is brand new, with so many amenities a 5-star hotel would be proud of (kitchen, washing and drying machine, slippers, iron with ironing board, A/C, safe, comfortable bed, large TV, etc) - there was a lot of thought given to detail. Viktor even met me at the metro station at Freedom Square and walked me to the accommodation. The place is really central and offers a good calue for money. Thanks Viktor!

- Location is perfect. 5-6 minutes walk to Freedom Square, 3-4 minutes walk to Sion Cathedral. - The owner, Victor, is a great host. He takes care of everything. - Like every building in Old Tbilisi, this one is very old. But the facility and the room was brand new. - Everything is as in the photos, no surprises.
