Great hotel and I would recommend it. Room is nice and spacious, the room on lower ground has direct access to the pool.

This place is good but there is a lot of potential for it to be great. There are just some details missing. The bar area look nice but the bar itself is uninviting and there is no staff, most of the food is unavailable. The shower situation is not great and the power went out briefly for a few times. This is not to say don’t stay here but if they can fix some details it has more potential and then to value for money would be more acceptable.

Everything was great! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is brand new and beautifully designed, making it a truly pleasant place to relax. The service was exceptional—staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure all our needs were met. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a perfect location!

They serve the best included breakfast so far on our trip, we fall in love with the icy coconut coffee. Beds are confortable, staff are friendly and ready to help.

The only negative I could say is the wifi that didn’t reach our room, but the rest was perfect

Bathroom could do a bit of work. Slow drainage and water had a metallic smell. Also water presssure is quite weak.

Nice and clean and friendly staff!

Small food selection on breakfast. Asked three times for face towels but never obtained them. No TV in the room. Pool was lacking water. It was replenished for three days straight but never got filled up completely.

The hotel was in a convenient location, a quiet place but only 10 minutes away from the airport and Alona Beach. The room was very large and had all the necessary amenities. The pool was also very nice.

I wish they had body lotion in the bathrooms as well as shampoo, gel, and conditioner.

It felt a bit unclean in the room, the drain smelt and bubbled loudly all night long, the pool didn’t look completely clean, and the breakfast could have been improved with a few more options and not left in the sun
