The hospitality of the staff.

A lot :( 1. Facilities (No TV, No fridge, No ironing & Board, No land-line to contact the reception or anybody, No hand towels, No bidet) 2. Several issues such as defective door lock/key card, ceiling water leak, hot water supply issues, clogged bathroom floor drain, rain water entering into the door room. 3. Not children friendly swimming pool as there is no direct access for children. 4. Poor breakfast selection. There were mornings without coffee selection and limited food options 5. There were no security on duty at night.

- no shelfs or wardrobe for clothes - stuck drains with not good smell - high humidity in room

Nice, clean and big room. Comfy large bed.

The misleading picture which suggested that the hotel has diving center was not helpful. The prices for scuba diving/snorkeling or scooter rent was 30%more expensive then in town. When I questioned charge for the scooter, the next day lady from reception arranged the scotter at the same price as it was in town.

The location is good unlike in Alona that is very crowded. You can rent a motorbike from them as well if you want to go to Alona beach.

There a lot to be improved such as, cleanliness of the pool and towels and beddings. Also, the breakfast serving should be improved as well. The pitcher has rust and there are ants in the water pitcher and bread. The milk for the cereal is sour, hence I asked for a newly opened one. Food handling is not so great, the milk and juice packs are served room temp.

I like the bed, bathroom, staff service.

I actually lived here with my sister before, and the breakfast was the best because it was more than enough for us! So, I recommended this place to my friends. However, the amount of breakfast was very different from what we used to have. It was less than before. My friends were surprised for this amount of breakfast 🥲

Landscape is amazing and staff were all friendly and helpful.

There’s cockroaches, no fridge, air conditioner doesn’t work well, no bidet, breakfast selection isn’t that good.

The environment was equally impressive - clean, serene, and beautifully designed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. The surrounding area was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the hotel's proximity to key attractions made exploring effortless.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much it exceeded my expectations. The room was simple but clean, with all the essentials provided. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked perfectly. And staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile:)
