The apartment was beautiful, modern, and very clean. It looked even better in person, which is rare. Staff were very friendly and accommodating with wonderful recommendations for local restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!

The flat has a great location, is clean and well-equipped, with friendly and informative staff. Communication was smooth throughout, and the apartment is well soundproofed, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay.

Everything was fine

Our host was keeping contact to facilitate to get the keys. The location is good close to all restaurants and lake. The room is clean and with plenty space.

Everything inside looked new, the location right in the center of town, yet so quiet, the electric stove heated up right away, we had room to place both our suitcases and unpack what we needed, they accommodated us with early check in, the staff was nice, keyless entry, good air conditioning, great coffee maker, spacious bathroom, good natural lighting as well as plenty of lights to keep everything bright at night.

We loved Casa Carmela, but there’s always ways to make it even better. There was no top sheet, the comforter was nice and fluffy, but a little heavy making us sweat at night. You need a top sheet to slide the comforter up or down to adjust your body temperature. We were only given a 1 oz bottle of shower gel for 2 people for 4 days. There is nowhere in the shower to put the gel, shampoo, bar soap, razor, comb and conditioner except on the floor. We asked for extra toilet paper, they said they would bring it, but it never came. The amount of handwashing detergent we were given was also a 1 oz tiny bottle. .
