Casa Carmela Apartments

Clean, comfortable flat in a very central location of Bardolino. The hostess was excellent and gave some nice recommendations for the area! It was a very relaxing place to stay at!

The air conditioning in both rooms was a bit weak. Even when it was set to the lowest setting, the rooms stayed a little bit too warm - it was fine during the day, but made sleeping slightly more difficult.

From start to finish, our stay at Casa Carmela was fantastic. We were met by staff outside the complex and brought directly to our apartment. The staff showed us around and explained how to use the air conditioning, appliances etc. We even got a complimentary bottle of wine from the area on arrival! Water was left for us in the fridge, which was much appreciated after our travels. The reception was available on WhatsApp and we could contact them any time with issues. They recommended a variety of restaurants and activities and sent links to all of these on WhatsApp. We requested more towels towards the end of our stay (we did a lot of swimming) and they arrived promptly the same morning. We also arranged a late check out at no extra cost. All the essentials were provided, cutlery, cooking dishes, playes etc. There was a dishwasher and a sink and dish soap, a sponge and dishwasher tablets were provided. The location was perfect, 2 minutes away from the water and all of the shops and general attractions were super close. The bus stop was also a 5 minute walk and we used it to get the bus from the airport to the apartment without issue. We also used it to go to Gardaland, Verona city and Medieval Times at all times of day and it was super handy. I rarely leave reviews but I couldn’t recommend this property more! Thank you Casa Carmela for making our holiday so lovely.

There was not many bowls for cereal etc. so a few more of those might be helpful if you are staying with kids.

The apartment was in a perfect place, it was super clean and modern. We were greeted by staff and had constant WhatsApp connection if needed. Super friendly and helpful, full marks from us for our stay here.

Nothing at all, I couldn't fault a single thing.

We liked the location of the appartement and the design. Restaurants and everything reachable by foot and there is a safe place in a garage for the car. Martina was very nice and showed us everything.
