I did my self breakfast. And location was very easy to find.

Actually the room is full of furniture which is made the room is very small and very nice.

Firstly this property is in an extremely rough area. Totally unsuitable for families or anyone else for that matter. I booked this property for one night for my partner who was working locally. I called the host half an hour prior to his arrival as requested. My partner arrived and waited an hour. No response at all from the host & I also tried calling. My partner then knocked on the front door and another guest answered the door. My partner could see into the property through the door and it looked unclean and smelt terrible. There was no way he was going to stay there. I just wish I had read other people’s reviews. I am now trying to get a refund. The host arguing that we didn’t call him to let him know of my partner’s arrival . Terrible service, terrible host, terrible property. STAY WELL CLEAR

A good place to stay whilst working in the area. Near to my work location. Free Parking Space provided.

Door on the bedrooms need attention. Quite difficult to open and close. Need to pull them hard which means a lot of doors banging. Looks like they have warped. Furniture in room looked quite old.

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience. Communication was extremely poor, with messages going unanswered for several days. When I arrived, it took a very long time to get a response, and there were no clear signs or check-in instructions. The room was very dusty, especially around the window seals, and there was a strong musty, dusty smell as soon as you entered. The property also had an unpleasant odour throughout, including what seemed to be the smell of cannabis. The overall cleanliness was poor and the accommodation felt poorly maintained. The floors and bed were very creaky, and the walls seemed very thin. I could hear people walking around and could hear noise from the kitchen, making it difficult to relax or sleep. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unsettling, and I did not feel at ease during my stay. Considering the condition of the property, it was not worth the money. The price was expensive for the quality provided, and I would not recommend staying here if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and quiet place to stay. You can add another £10 and you will be treated VIP in a nice hotel nearby with breakfast.

it was cheap and cheerful, it was vey clean and the houser was quiet, I had a very good night

could have done with a kettle and tea making facilities

Got a number to call a gentleman spoke to him very kind man and told him what time I would arrive and always left the keys for me in the box when I needed it
