Had to wait to gain entry.

The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean

Had to call a couple of times to get access to the building, then wasn't shown around. Its a shared house with a basic room and no tv, tea or coffee.

No Bath mats for when you come out of shower

The room was warm, impecably clean and felt safe with locks on door Pleasant ensuite

The soundproofing between rooms and floors was terrible - with each person walking in their room using facilities etc through from 2.30am disturbing an otherwise comfortable sleep. It would have been a nice touch to have a TV but given the noise transfer issue I can understand why there was not one.

There is parking

The bed we got assigned was not big enough for two people. The light in the top floor bathroom is hanging which could be a risk and the same bathroom could do with some sort of bath mat as the water goes on the floor and someone could slip and fall. There was no mop to dry the floor. The main door could’ve done with some oil as it’s a bit hard to open. I feel the people staying on my floor at the time we stayed there weren’t too bothered about cleaning up after themselves in the bathroom, which unfortunately let the place down. This isn’t a reflection on the owners - as the overall home, was clean and you could tell when someone had been to clean. I think as we enter the winter months, people coming to stay could be shown how to turn on the heating on arrival as it was very cold. And in the kitchen, on arrival, please tell people where to find the bin as it took a while to figure out where it was. This is more of a student accommodation rather than professional people accommodation.

Honestly, the place was very unhygienic. The bedding hadn’t been changed, and the sheets were not fresh. There wasn’t even any hand wash available in the washroom. Overall, it was extremely uncomfortable and definitely not value for money. Due to the dirty sheets, I even developed an allergic reaction on my face. Very disappointing experience.
