Ideal location for the university. The house smelled nice. Bed sheets smelt nice. Free parking outside the house.

The ‘check-in’ system was odd-waiting outside and had to call the host many times to ask someone to let me in. The host who greeted me was not very welcoming, I felt like an inconvenience for being there. The atmosphere of the house was odd, very dark, not homely at all, the house was very bare, nothing on the walls and scratched up walls. I felt on edge around this house. Some other guests were very loud at times. Thin walls so you can hear EVERYTHING. Bed was very old, uncomfortable mattress, springs sticking through the mattress.

I had my own toilet and shower (Private). It has enough space, and the internet signal was great. It was close to several restaurants and stores.

The staff was very friendly. They responded and handled situations very quickly. The bed was comfortable.

The noises made from other guests were too much. They may just be walking in their room and there were a lot of squeaky noise from the floor. It was not sound-proof at all and affected my sleep very badly.

the customer service was really poor, as i can recommend anyone to get that partment for the price.
