A trifle chilly in the wee hours, due I suppose to the changeable temp at this time of year.

Breakfast times, Too early considering you are on short holiday, Hope its took as constructive,maybe hosts could take a look at the times.This has been earliest times we have known for breakfast and we have been in a few hotel s over the years.
SIThe location is close to the centre of Llandudno, which is a lovely little town by the sea with a long promenade and only 5 minutes drive to Conwy. Llandudno is nicer, bigger, quieter, not many tourists in it compared to Conwy. There is plenty of free parking on the street in front of the accommodation. Breakfast was typical English, you can also change it to a vegetarian or vegan meal. Every day you had to choose your breakfast for the next day, which I think is a great idea as you get exactly what you ordered and not the full English breakfast (you can do that too) as it is huge. That way food is not thrown away unnecessarily. There was also some fruit, cereals, homemade jam, butter. There's also a fridge in which you can put a little something. The room was clean and quiet with comfortable beds and a TV. The hosts are very very friendly, we felt at home. When we arrived at the accommodation, there was a home-made dessert waiting for us on the bed. Wonderful. We had a really nice time here.

GBGBMy second visit here, Christine and David are the perfect hosts. Room was great and comfortable, facilities in the room was as described. Breakfast was spot on and managed to park on the road outside.
