GBGenerally quiet and breakfast was ample.
Shower needs attention as reported On our last night I went looking for a fan at 9pm but there was no answer. Think there should be one in the room already at the prices charged

IEWe really enjoyed our stay, very comfortable bed in a compact ensuite bedroom . Our hosts were welcoming & provided freshly baked flapjacks .There was tea making facilitie in our room. Breakfast was good with freshly cooked hot food.The house is located a few streets from the lovely Llandudno promenade .
We had an early start for breakfast it was available until 8.45 am. So, there is no chance of a lie in !

Nothing everything was great
GBGreat location within walking distance of everything we were interested in - the sea front, the tram to the Great Orme, and Venue Cymru. Our hosts looked after us well, and breakfast was excellent.
There were not issues at all
GBbreakfast was superb the room was comfortable the area was handy for everything and we noticed how cleea the surrounding streets where the hosts were very friendly and interesting especially with our 8 year old grandaughter we would reccomend it and if in the area again i would stay there again
nothing really it suited our needs perfectly
