The bathroom smelt of damp and musty,the pull out sofa bed was small not suitable for an adult to sleep on I had to sleep on the couch which was stained,the TV remote had no batteries in it,the windows were covered in bird droppings and the neighbours were noisy until 4oclock

Broken bed, sky roof leaking badly damaging our clothes and property. Badly stained sofa leaking shower music playing very loud at 2-3am from upstairs very disappointing stay.
