"Appartment is great, but let down by the service."

Location and quality of the apartment.

Pre arrival questionnaire - unnessairily long and detailed. Most laborious i have ever encountered! Key pick up instructions were unclear and it was a faff. Had to wait around and message the hosts without reply. Wasnt sure i was jn the right place because theres no signage and instead offices saying "Do not knock. This office has nothing to do with your accommodation"! A lockbox would have been simpler. Contacting hosts was really difficult. I used the suggested online messaging but never got a response. Basic stuff missing - no dishcloth, minimal soap and shampoo. Wfii was terrible. No response to my question about that.

"Less than 24hr stay..over priced imo"

Sebel location is great. Able to check in early

Apartment distant from elevators, inconvenient for elderly or physically impaired. Soul less interior, over priced for the brief time we stayed..obvious repairs required..questionable cleanliness. Noisy.

Very clean, comfortable. Nice location and view

It’s a lovely property but since it is a penthouse maybe additional amenities would have been beneficial. For example more milk, additional snacks and beverages and extra/ spare towels for guests would have made our stay better.
