Poor management. It took a lot of effort to get the keys. At first, it was impossible to contact the management. After, I was demanded by impolite host a written confirmation ,that I agree with her healthy rules. I stand with my suitcases in the middle of the street, and the host demanded that I send a photo of my passport and and my driver license to her email. I was able to get into the so-called penthouse or another words, simply ordinary room on the 6th floor, only 2 hours later than expected. This is a more than modest room on the 6th top floor with pretensions to a penthouse. The room with a completely uninteresting view from the windows on the parking lot and the roof of the neighboring building. Windows are not opening, no balcony. No fresh air. Terrible ventilation system. Constant smells from the restaurant's kitchens. Constant problems with a swipe card .Too much time was spent on reactivating a card during my stay. Almost impossible to use an elevator, because of the problem with the card. Very mediocre accommodation with a rude and ill-mannered owner who has no idea about basic business skills. Dirty. Limited supply of all advertising toiletries .

Good apartment. Has everything you need.
