Daire 5.inci katta asansör mevcut değil bavullar ile zor oluyor.konumu merkezde olduğundan gürültü olabiliyor.Araç park sorunu mevxut.Ev sahibii otopark önerisi verdi eve biraz mesafesi vardı bavullar ile daireye ulaşım zorlayıcı oldu.

Δεν υπάρχει parking. Είναι ένα ψέμα και θα έπρεπε να αφαιρεθεί το διαμέρισμα από τη σχετική επιλογή στην booking.Μας στείλανε σε ένα κοντινό κεντρικό parking με χρέωση δική μας (κανένα πρόβλημα) που δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να βρεις διαθέσιμη θέση. Γύρω στην περιοχή ούτε λόγος για parking! Ταλαιπωρηθήκαμε για ώρες και αγχωθήκαμε ιδιαίτερα. Ανεβήκαμε στον 5ο όροφο από τις σκάλες με τα πράγματα. Οι ιδιοκτήτες γνώριζαν ότι πρόκειται για άτομο με καρδιακά προβλήματα από προηγούμενη επικοινωνία μας & θα μπορούσαν να μας ενημερώσουν για το συγκεκριμένο θέμα έτσι ώστε να έχουμε επιλογή ακύρωσης. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ανακαινισμένο , πολύ basic και επιμελώς παρατημένο. Δεν υπάρχει αίσθηση φιλοξενίας ,καμία παροχή, ούτε μια κάψουλα για καφέ ,ούτε ένα νερό, αν και διαθέτει κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Καναπέδες με λεκέδες ,ακόμη και στο σεντόνι μας είχε έναν μεγάλο κίτρινο λεκέ. Και το σημαντικότερο , δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό!!! Το check out είναι στις 10:00 πιο νωρίς από οποιοδήποτε άλλο rbnb ή ξενοδοχείο που έχουμε πάει μέχρι τώρα.

Very bad experience – do not book this apartment! I had booked this apartment a week in advance, and just two hours before check-in, they cancelled my reservation without any prior notice! At that moment, I was in Thessaloniki with my children, and because of the sudden cancellation, we were left on the street for more than 5 hours, trying to find another place to stay. We called them immediately to ask for an explanation, and they said that the apartment was already occupied by someone else – even though it was not our fault at all. Because of the high number of tourists, we couldn’t find any available apartments nearby at that time. This was extremely unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour. They showed no respect or care for their guests. I absolutely do not recommend this apartment! Be careful when booking – you might end up in the same situation as we did.

Temiz ve sade olması çok iyi lokasyon olarak her yere yakın olması harika arabanızı bırakıp tatiliniz bitene kadar arabanıza ihtiyacınız olmuyor.

Πάρα πολύ καλό διαμέρισμα με τέλειο σχεδιασμό, φοβερή τοποθεσία, άνετο, μοντέρνο. Άψογο.

Αν είχε ασανσέρ θα ήταν το τέλειο.

Amazing location in the middle of everything in Thessaloniki. So many restaurants, bars and shops in the vicinity.

Taking 5 flights of stairs with a baby and several suitcases was not fun. Would not recommend to families with babies or people with any mobility issues.

The apartment is renovated. beautiful, and pleasant. Very bright. Excellent location. Highly recommended.

Keep in mind that it's on the 5th floor with no elevator. It would have been nice if there were locks on the bathroom and bedroom doors.
