Location is great & apartment is spacious. Ideal for remote working.

It is not clearly written that apartment is on the fifth floor with no elevator. The hot water and heating were not working on the day we arrived. After multiple phone calls from our side and without properly informing us we eventually had someone come and fix the issue.

It was spotlessly clean and the location was great

Very good location. Very spacious two-bedroom top-floor apartment -recently renovated with large windows, plenty of natural light, nice balconies to sit outside during the hot months.

Apartment is located on the 5th floor and the building does not have an elevator. This was not mentioned during the booking process and it was a very unpleasant surprise.The apartment was rented-out as-is with no welcome note, no apartment or neighbourhood instructions, with an empty fridge, empty cupboards, one espresso capsule (and the other one left used in the espresso machine), strictly two towels (very plain) per person, no bathroom mat. We rented it out during Christmas and even the tiniest holiday decoration would have been appreciated. -there was none. Finally, the apartment offers daily room service to freshen-up the room. This was not provided on the first day without any notice. We had to ask and the response we got was "it's the holidays, everyone is too busy and didn't have the time, no worries, we will clean tomorrow." We requested some kind of compensation or token of "remorse" but this was slyly bypassed in text conversation. Extras: there was no way to close the bathroom floor sink and there were cockroaches that came out (it sometimes happens in old buildings but there also was no insect repellent provided). The supply of hot water in the shower is not adequately stable?
