10/10!! Everything was on point, I would definitely recommend this flat and looking forward to come back for a longer stay. Please do not forget to check the amazing view from the balcony :)

The location was great, the apartment was big, comfortable beds, wide bath and a kitchen with a refrigerator

We couldn't get in to the apartment because the lock wasn't working properly. No one was there to help us and it was late at night. The staff didn't pick up the phone when we called. They only answered a few of the messages we sent and it took them a while to answer. Only after 15min the lock was opened. On the way to check out in the morning we had the same issue with the lock. Only in the morning, after I asked several times, someone from the staff came, after I sent them many massages, to assist. There were no toilet paper in the bathroom. Was I supposed to bring with me? Did I mention I arrived late at night with my whole family. I may have missed it when I made the reservation, but the apartment was on a fifth floor with no elevator. I had to carry my whole family's suitcases up. It was apperent the bath wasn't cleaned. There was hair on the bath nob and on the floor and also some dead small bugs. The intercom wasn't working as well, when the staff came to assist with the door I had to go down 5 floors to open the door for them. The apartment was empty from any coffee, tee.... Something comforting after a long tedious day. After seeing that even the basic wasn't something I can rely on, I guess it's too much to ask or expect.

My favorite stay in Thessaloniki so far! The place is spacious, clean, and simply yet stylishly furnished. Communication with Konstantinos is easy and pleasant; he is a highly responsive host who is always available. A bonus is the daily cleaning and the five balconies. Note that there is no elevator in the building, but, even for a pregnant woman, this wasn't a downside.

It is not really a minus, but a hanger in the bathroom will be helpful😁

House is very clean, near to busy zone and sea side. Design of house is perfect and we did a good experience. I suggest that you can stay with no matter at this property.

Only one thing will be change. House address on booking is with greek alphabet and we've faced a problem about find that location. We've tried to call host but they didnt answered (I accept time was late, near 22:30) If property add the address with english, it will be more beneficial for travellers.

The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood, and the apartment itself is very nicely decorated and spacious. I especially liked that the host offered a cleaning service once a day, which would be very helpful if you are staying for more than two days.
