Pictures of rooms were misleading, rooms were in basement and so it smelled, mould in bathroom, no kitchen (just toaster on a table), no additional blankets, stained sheets and towels, dusty

Contrary to bookings.com advertisement not a mitel but a regular Airbnb with no air conditioning, no terrace or sea view (we were accommodated in the basement), no individual kitchen (which means no fridge in the room), no heater and no extra blankets... Also only 2 towels for 4 patrons and no lock on bathroom door

Good price for last minute booking and close to necessary location

Kitchen facilities in upstairs building so needed to exit our space to use if desired. Ended up not using as it wasn’t convenient.

Really great stay. Had everything we needed for a getaway. Lovely property and good location.

The place was not very clean. Spider webs on the walls. It was not mentioned that this was a shared house, I.e. kitchen, bathroom and toilets shared. There were four rooms (A, B, C, D and a room downstairs) we were in room A family room closest to the kitchen. The dishwasher was not working not that I used the kitchen but just took note of it. Each shelf in the fridge was allocated to a room. Basically we only slept there for the night. For a family you need a bit of privacy. No TV or entertainment for kids. I will not book there again. Suggestion: if the rooms were ensuite it would not be too bad.

Clean and tidy, basics provided. Very good value for my needs (just bed & bathroom).

I don't think the owner lives on site, so all rooms were occupied, very noisy family early in the mornings and a queue for the shower and bathroom. OK if you are not in a rush.
