"Convient location"

Very comfortable bed

Noise from nearby room. Could do with staff onsite as different guests in different rooms. I had to speak to guests at 1.15 am and ask them to be quiet which isn’t ideal. Also parking difficult when we arrived

The apartment was very clean and modern and was in a fantastic location, with easy transport links with a great variety of places to eat and drink. It was very quiet overnight.

The bed was a bit harder than we are used to.

"Loved the apartment, location was excellent"

Modern, clean, equipped apartment located close to the university and city Centre. Free parking outside was a big plus.

A second toilet roll would have been convenient.

"Beautiful but pricey"

Beautiful inside, small but beautiful. Bed very comfortable. A 10 minute walk from ormeau park, so excellent for us as we were heading there to a concert

Price for one room for one night was £230 which I feel was a bit too high. I've stayed in bigger rooms nearby for less. Was very disappointed that there was no complimentary teabags or coffee, or even a bottle of water. For the price of the room I feel this should be added.

"Was adequate at best."

The property was advertised as “luxury”. As far as we were concerned this is false advertising it was definitely not luxurious. There was no cooling in our room on the top floor, there was no tea or coffee or milk, and we were international tourists who had travelled from Dublin, it would have been nice to kick back with a cup of tea or coffee. There was clothing left in the bedside table and a bottle of soft drink in the fridge which made us wonder if it had been cleaned properly and we got there late in the day. It was a best “No Frill, BYO” far from Luxury. I would even goes as far as to ask Bookings.com to remove that description because it is misleading.

Remember you are providing a service to people coming from all over the world who are already anxious going to Belfast. A cup of coffee or tea and a biscuit wouldn’t have gone astray.
