Central to Botanic Rd, where many dining options were located. Separate bedroom, so we could relax in the living room. Kitchen space well stocked. Shared laundry area. Easy check in with clear instructions.

Would have liked face washers and a kitchen cloth (there was a foam cleaner, which had previously been used), but no worries as it smelled like it had been laundered.

Great apartment. Easy check in using key codes and lock boxes. Plenty of local eateries and supermarkets. Easy access to washing machine/dryer.

Not a big issue but found it quite warm at night, could open a window but the blind would bang.

The essential requirements were lacking, with only one toilet roll, no washing cloth for the dishes. The level of parking was unsuitable with us having to park along the road with only minimal spaces available

Great location of you want to visit the Botanic area of Belfast. Very smart and clean. Highly recommend Molly's Yard and Umi Falafel which are both just around the corner.

While it wasn't very important to us anyway, I'd be hard pushed to describe it as "luxury". It's smart and pleasant enough but otherwise distinctly ungenerous in what's provided. No shampoo, tea, coffee etc. One solitary loo roll. Only two pillows for the bed except the ones in the bag of bedding for the sofa bed. Virtually non-existent decor and so on. Not particularly cosy with the tiled floor throughout too.
