Lancaster Entire Studio

The house is located at a very central place - valuebfor money totally. The shopping places, beach and the main market place is 15 minutes walking distance. The house had all the necessary amenities. A full fledged working kitchen ( just bring the ingredients ) and cook your meals. A perfect toilet with latest fittings - nice tub bath too. With perfect toiletries. The studio apartment is perfect for a family with 1- 2 kids too. An amazing experience.

Location was very handy to where I needed to go.

While the stay was generally fine, there were a few issues. The bottom mattress wasn't covered with a fitted sheet, and it took some time to locate one. It would have been appreciated if the towels were matching and felt cleaner. There was only one coffee pod provided, and unfortunately, some of the cups in the cupboard were dirty, which made me opt for the nearest coffee shop instead. Additionally, there was some noise from upstairs, with music playing at 1 am and again at 7:30 am. I understand this may be beyond the property owner's control, but it did affect the overall experience

Stood on bed to hand turn 1 of the blinds down ONLY 1 hand & bath towel ( wouldn’t wrap around 34 waist ) Very limited parking. Read a review about parking and thought be ok. What a load of tosh that was. Free parking after 8pm till 9am. Then pay for parking via an app but tried twice and couldn’t pay on app. Resident in street said you can pay for 4hours but then you’d have to move car after 4 hours and pay again so ?? Some car park charging £35 for 24 hrs I used train station 0.6mile from property £15 for 24hrs. Bus to sea front £2. Taxi back £10. Property was value for money at £225. Premier in £420 !!

The location and the fact that landlord responded super quickly. Kitchen was nicely equipped and the apartment was very clean.

All we wanted was to come to the apartment after a long and intense day, have a shower and go sleep. It’s advertising as “This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.” Unfortunately, we had to leave a day before, because it was loud in the night. Lack of written instructions e.g on how to use the boiler. It was a complicated edition with some stickers, because the factory version didn’t work. The same where to find the second bedding covers. After a long day, the last thing you want to do when it's late and you're tired is to search for extra bedding. We had to request Paper towels, toilet paper, washing up liquid, but it was given to us the next day.

Really great location and good amount of space for basic apartment. Spacious deep bath tub was a bonus

Couldn’t find a tea towel, smelt stale and carpet didn’t seem freshly hoovered
