"Good kitchen, spacious studio in quiet location"

Functional, quiet, spacious studio in a nice street. Liked the generous coffee supplies. Easy access. Good kitchen. I have stayed in many Brighton studios and would put this in the mid-range for the price. It doesn't have some of the finishing touches and frills you get in guest accommodation but it is overall a decent studio.

It's nice room, walk 15 min.to churchill square and railway station, Complete sets of kitchen utensils

right hand side windows cannot be closed, there is a skimming situation when it rains and left hand side windows blinders sometimes can't close, needs improvement

The studio had everything required for our trip, it was clean, modern and very central.We had a great time and would book again.

Although this probably can't be helped. The windows are old sash windows and it made it so you could hear everyone on the street. It wasn't an overly busy road though.

1. Convenience of finding the key, good communication from host. 2. The cleanliness of the place: organised&clean kitchen, fresh linen and clean towels. 3.Tranquilty of the area. 4. The central locality of the area: took a walk to and from Churchill Square.

The windows could do with some blinders please.
