No plug in bath, no heating in bathroom- radiator there but not possible to switch it on . Sofa very low and uncomfortable. Shower controls didn’t work properly, hard to use, and the large glass shower curtain fell off onto me while I was in the bath - I rang owner and told her and she was sympathetic but the situation was potentially very dangerous. Heating in main room was inadequate, funny old fashioned electric heaters . Kitchen stylish and nice . The entrance hall / staircase smelt strongly of damp. It’s in a great location , pretty street , close to seven dials and 15 mins walk into central Brighton.

The apartment was kept very clean and tidy.

I struggled a bit with parking as there was no space in the apartment street and I wasn't given any voucher as promised.

Fabulous apartment with everything you need for a short or long stay, situated in a lovely road, with a shop nearby for essentials, and a cafe quite close, if you fancy breakfast out. Brighton is very hilly, so be prepared for walking up and down some moderately steep roads, but that's the area. The couple letting the apartment are really kind and let us stow our bags on the last day, following 11am checkout, so we could enjoy our last few hours without lugging heavy bags. Would definitely recommend.

It was about a 25 minute walk from the Pavilion etc, but good to get some daily exercise. However, being closer to the beach would likely have meant lots of traffic and noise - and this apartment is on a quiet road, so perfect after a long day of sightseeing and the bustle of the centre.

Very well presented, clean and with all the amenities needed. Great communication with the host. Could not have asked for better
