Lapwing Cottage Docking

Self Catering Tea, coffee, UHT milk we don't drink milk so not an issue. plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans. plenty of plates, cups & glass, lovey garden. Decorated to a very high standard. Very clean bed was comfy. bottle of wine and biscuits was very much apricated. beautiful property will definitely stay again highly recommend.

Very well equipped cottage, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated. Really comfortable stay in a good location.

Artificial grass not particularly pet friendly, a little disappointed as we had selected the cottage for the ease of the enclosed garden.

Very well presented, spacious holiday cottage. Sheltered patio. Great quality furniture and fittings inside and out. Welcoming hosts. We felt at home and had a great stay.

Nothing to dislike.

We had an amazing stay at this cottage. We are a family of 4 with 2 little ones (3 and 1). The location is ideal for exploring this part of Norfolk. Quick access to any/all of the beaches and main sites to visit in the area. The cottage itself is better in real life than the photos, which rarely happens. It's bigger, super clean and it has lots of nice features that make staying there an absolute joy. Karen and he partner really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome there and we will certainly be booking a stay there again in the future. Thank you so much for having us! :)

Only challenge we faced was that they didn't have a cot available, so we had to source our own and cram it into our car (still not sure how we managed that...). This is specific to our situation though. Honestly, we didn't have a negative thing to say about our stay here.
