L’emplacement est idéal et l’appartement est encore plus beau et plus spacieux en réalité que sur les photos. Il est bien équipé et agréable à vivre. À mon avis, un mixeur serait un petit plus pour compléter les équipements disponibles.

En revanche, la propreté mériterait d’être améliorée. Nous avons constaté de la poussière dans plusieurs endroits ainsi que quelques toiles d’araignée. C’est dommage, car cela ne reflète pas la qualité générale de l’appartement. Nous avons également rencontré un problème avec la télévision, qui n’a pas fonctionné pendant tout notre séjour. Nous avons contacté l’hôte dès notre arrivée, mais malgré quatre nuits sur place, aucune solution n’a pu être apportée. C’était particulièrement regrettable pendant la période de la Coupe du Monde des Clubs de la FIFA.

Cleaning it’s not the best thing to rate this property

It was near city center. It had a smart lock instead of a key or a card so it was pretty conventional.

Heating is complicated to turn on, and when i asked the host to explain me how to turn it on they have sent me disfunctional links multiple times. The property was somewhat unclean. The radiator was dirty and a lot of dust could be found throughout the appartment. The carpet was filthy also. Shower cabin is not that functional. The shower leaks and bursts around the bathroom because it is broken. Shower canin glass is small, therefore water gets out pretty easily. Throughout the nights it is loud in the building even on work days, but i suppose that is not something the host is responsible for.

Osim odlicne lokacije sa koje se stize svuda brzo i jednostavno,apartman je bio odlican sa svim neophodnim sitnicama koje boravak cine jos boljim. Grejanje je bilo skroz okej kako u sobi tako i u kupatilu. Topla preporuka i za domacina. Preporucio bih ovaj apartman...

La posizione era ottima e l’appartamento era tenuto in buone condizioni.

Al nostro arrivo non era acceso il riscaldamento la stanza era fredda e non c’era un telecomando per accenderlo, ho dovuto chiedere spiegazioni su come accendere il convettore e poi abbiamo risolto.

Everything about this property was wonderful. The accommodations were comfortable, the kitchen and coffee were great, and it was easy to go to a local grocery store around the corner and cook. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was refreshing. The neighborhood is safe and there is so much to do - food options, ruin bars, historical locations…all about Budapest. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The communications were responsive and clear. It was easy to get to the location and enter. The double key in for the entry made it feel even more safe - and as said before, the area felt extremely safe.

Άνετο και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα, καθαρό και κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου και 25 λεπτα απο το κέντρο με τα πόδια Υπήρχε καλοριφέρ στο μπάνιο οπότε στεγνωναν γρήγορα οι πετσετες και δεν ειχε υγρασία. Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί στο θέμα check in και άμεσες απαντήσεις στα ερωτήματα μας.

Το διαμέρισμα δεν ηταν κρύο αλλα υπήρχαν στιγμές που θα το ηθελα περισσότερο ζεστό. Δεν υπήρχε τηλεκοντρόλ για το ερκοντισον ( ενώ υπηρχε ερκοντισιον)ώστε να εχουμε την επιλογή περισσότερης θέρμανσης, και το καλοριφέρ ανοιγοκλεινε ανάλογα τις ώρες. Σε μια κρύα πόλη σαν τη Βουδαπέστη( μήνας Δεκέμβριος)θα έπρεπε ο πελάτης να εχει τη δυνατότητα 24ωρης θέρμανσης και να επιλέγει εκείνος πόσο ζεστό θα είναι το δωμάτιο αλλα και τη διάρκεια ανοικτής θέρμανσης. Το ίδιο συνέβαινε με το ζεστό νερό στο μπάνιο. Εφτανε μεχρι ενα σημείο το ζεστό νερό στη ντουζιέρα, ενώ στη βρύση έκαιγε. Προφανώς γινόταν οικονομία στη θέρμανση.
