Exceptional boat. Very clean, excellent water pressure in the shower, and all the other comforts of a very nice hotel - just on a boat. Staff is excellent and activities are well-planned. Highly recommended!

Drinks onboard are very overpriced (it is a cruise, after all) and the early start times for daily activities can be challenging for those who may be jet-lagged. We arranged transportation to and from Hanoi via the cruise line, and we unexpectedly stopped at blatant tourist traps during the outbound and return drives. The stops are not optional - you are asked to get out of the vehicle, then it drives away for 30-45 minutes. If you want to avoid being urged to purchase overpriced trinkets, then you should arrange your own transport to and from the port.

Amazing stay, the staff - especially David Mina and Colin were incredible! The rooms were very nice too

The property was great, but the tour guide for cat ba was not amazing, he was jumping on the side of vendors and not allowing us to barter fairly.

"Im ganzen war die drei Tages Tour OK und erholsam"

Das gesamte Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend. Die Ausflüge waren OK und informativ. Eine sehr ruhige Atmosphäre da es nur 10 Kabinen gibt (wovon auch ein paar noch frei waren)

Das Essen ist vielleicht Geschmacksache für uns sind es aber bei weitem keine 5 Sterne, das Schiff/Beiboote sind auch schon in die Jahre gekommen und dürfte auch nicht mit 5 Sterne bewertet werden.
