BRADAMANTE little tower

Nulla, la struttura è vecchia e poco funzionale, il bagno piccolo e lo scarico funziona solo se gli viene dato un colpo di lato. La cucina è piccola e datata, la porta per andare nel terrazzo ha la maniglia rotta che si stacca e in camera alcune piastrelle sono rotte e sono staccate. Inoltre i terrazzi non sono molto utilizzabili se non per stendere i teli. Credo che sia necessario un ripristino e ristrutturazione dell’appartamento. Il palazzo è fatiscente e le scale per arrivare all’appartamento sporche.

Ottima la comunicazione e l'accoglienza di Eleonora che ci ha dato dei consigli per il soggiorno. Apprezzata anche la pulizia a metà soggiorno (gratuita). Ci sono stato diversi problemi col bagno ma prontamente risolti. Molto grande la terrazza. C'è tutto il necessario per cucinare (aggiungerei solo una mokka che può sempre servire). Vicino agli imbarchi per le isole e ai pullman per l'aeroporto. 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Ampia possibilità di parcheggio in zona.

Il contesto del palazzo e della via non è il massimo, un po' sporco. Ultima rampa di scala ripida (anche se per noi non è stato un problema e lo sapevamo). Odore di fogna soprattutto dal bagno ma penso sia una cosa data dal posto e non dalla struttura.

Good location and smooth check in. Eleonora welcomed us and gave us really good local tips. They were also flexible with the check-in time and all instructions were clear when we arrived.

Just need new and more comfortable pillows.

Good location, close to the centre, port walkind distance to the beach, good bus connection to the airport

Moldy smell in the bathroom

Good location in the town center, close to cafés, bakeries, supermarket, there's also a park with a kids' playground within a few minutes' walk. Access to the apartment is a bit more difficult (there's no lift, so you have to use stairs), but you get a cool rooftop terrace overlooking the old town. There's quite large public parking right around the corner (paid during the day, free overnight), which was convenient for us, as we could leave some belongings like baby stroller in the car instead of carrying it up to the apartment. The host was helpful, provided us tips on parking, and kindly waited for us while we got delayed at the airport.

Everything. Quiet, clean, comfortable, full facilities from three terraces to washing machine. Our host was wonderful. Location was perfect for us.
