Many things; air conditioning just in the kitchen. The bathroom was very smelly. The bedroom good size but very hot even with open window. No fan or air con. Also the flat is at a kind of 3rd floor of an old building (64 steps) no lift.

The apartment met our expectations. It had everything one needs for a seven-day stay. The terraces were a big bonus. The owners are very helpful.

Very cozy, pretty little details, spacious and clean. Great roof top. Location top and owners very nice and helpful. The entrance of the building is not very well indicated, but a part of that really nice. Thank you!

The kitchen was well equipped, the terrace was lovely, too. The weather wasn’t great when we were there, but it must be really nice in the summer. There was coffee, tea and a bottle of water in the fridge. The people that welcomed us, gave us good recommendations.

There were three flights of stairs to get to the flat which is difficult if you have heavy luggage. The last staircase is also quite narrow. I wouldn’t recommend it to people with health or mobility issues and families with young children. I was quite scared going up and down with my toddler. Obviously the owner can’t do anything about it, but I would put a warning on the advertisement.

There were some beautiful features in this property: the bed was really comfortable; the bedroom tiles were amazing, and the green colour scheme throughout was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped and coffee, oil, salt, pepper and bottled water was provided. The shower was excellent, as was the balcony outside the kitchen door where table and chairs were provided. The upper balcony is much harder to reach by a spiral staircase and, apart from one afternoon which was very hot downstairs but wonderfully breezy upstairs, wasn't used. The location is good- 5 minutes walk to the port; 10 minutes from the centre; with shops and restaurants all around. Parking is easy to organise by downloading the app, so it can be added to even from the flat. Trapani is a great town, with good shopping and restaurants, and an interesting mix of salt pans, tourist boats and beaches. From it, you can visit some incredible places such as Erice, San Vito lo Capo, Marsala, as well as others we didn't manage in a few days, such as the Egadi Islands and Segesta.

So, firstly we had great difficulty in finding the place using Google maps. We drove around, then finally realised where it was and parked in the square. We headed off on foot, but with no numbers on the doors, even after asking someone who lived opposite, we were obliged to phone our hosts and ask where we needed to go. Afterwards, Giusy showed me there was a label on the doorbell. Then, there are the stairs. You receive a text checking that you're ok with 3 flights of stairs, which we were, but there are 5 flights, and what stairs! Don't think about carrying up a suitcase or any heavy shopping! Lastly, this is not a luxurious apartment - the stairwell is really run down and needs renovating and, while there are some lovely touches in the flat, the mosquito nets are ripped, the front door handle was nearly falling off, the cupboard doors don't close and it needed some general TLC regarding paint, inside and out. Let's just say, we didn't really feel it was worth the price we paid.

good location- very clean apartment with a nice balcony and sun roof and excellent help from the hosts. Very close to the local supermarket, green grocer and bakery.

The stairs are a challenge, but you get used to it.

Our recent stay at the brilliant rooftop apartment in Trapani center was truly an outstanding experience. Run by a delightful Italian family, their warm hospitality and unwavering assistance made our vacation unforgettable. From the exceptional rooftop terrace offering breathtaking views to the unrivaled central location, our stay exceeded all expectations. The spacious outdoor area provided a peaceful sanctuary above the bustling city center. We spent two evening enjoying picturesque sunsets and sipping local wines, completely immersed in the stunning surroundings. It was a privilege to wake up every morning to the breathtaking views Trapani had to offer. Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the apartment's charm and elegance. Situated right in the heart of Trapani, it offered immediate access to the city's vibrant atmosphere and numerous attractions. The building itself had a distinct Sicilian flair, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The cozy apartment was tastefully decorated, effortlessly blending modern conveniences with traditional Italian design elements. It boasted a spacious and, comfortable bedroom,fully equipped kitchen and bathroom ensuring our comfort throughout the visit. The highlight, however, was undoubtedly the rooftop terrace that offered a panoramic vista of the city's stunning landscape. The genuine care and support provided by the wonderful Italian family were beyond compare. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Their infectious enthusiasm and local insights greatly enhanced our experience. Never hesitating to assist, they readily offered recommendations on nearby restaurants, excursions, and hidden gems waiting to be discovered. ( thank you Marco once again). Moreover, their willingness to go the extra mile is what truly set them apart.
