Downtown nest Apartment

The apartment itself is nice, and overall it was clean — except for the dishes, which weren't washed very well.

There were also a few other things that slightly spoiled it for us: There were no coffee pods at all, which felt a bit odd… There was no Netflix or any other streaming subscription on the TV. Usually, in rental apartments, there's a paid account provided—otherwise, what's the point of having a TV? There was also no laundry detergent. To be fair, the host kindly sent us 3 (😄) capsules the next day. But we couldn't start the washing machine right away—it turned out we had to turn on the ventilation switch at the bathroom entrance. We had to figure that out ourselves, because when I messaged asking which button to press to turn on the power in the bathroom, I got no reply. The same thing happened with the dishwasher—it wouldn't turn on. I asked how to activate it, but again, no response. It seems there's either a fault or you need to open the water supply valve. We never managed to get it working. We also didn't realize at first that the water heater had to be switched on separately for us to have hot water in the shower. These are the kinds of things that should really be explained in advance… Overall, the host wasn't the friendliest. She responds to questions (or rather, doesn't respond) in a way that makes you feel like you're being stupid and that everything should be "common sense."

I had a wonderful stay at Downtown Nest Apartment.The apartment is beautifully designed, spotless,comfortable,and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay.The location is excellent,allowing easy access to Belgrade’s main attractions while still being peaceful and quiet.What made the experience truly special was the host,Ljiljana.She was incredibly kind,welcoming,and always available whenever I needed anything.Her warmth,smile and attention to detail made us feel more like guests in a home than visitors in an apartment.
