Meadow Lodge Apartments

Great bathroom, clean-ish, plenty of room for 4 adults, washing machine.

Needs a deep clean, very hard beds, no hairdryer, no parking, needs more dishware, shampoo, a towel to dry dishes.

The building fire alarm went off on our floor and in the main building at midnight 2 nights out of 4. The building administration did not answer my call or text, so twice I called the fire department, who sent out the fire brigade. The alarm also went off at 7 am 2 mornings. The staff were on site at this time to turn it of after 30 minutes. The hot water tank displayed an error message 2 x they had to come to fix it, so we had hot water. The last day, we also had no hot water but couldn't even Be bothered to tell them at this point. We just wanted to leave. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the linen was so cheap that sleep wasn't great. The apartment had the potential to be very nice, but the sofa was broken and uncomfortable, and the kitchen only had absolutely essentials. Very cheaply furnished. The apartment was not very clean on arrival, the wardrobe had a strange odour and there were flies in the living room.

The place did not provide enough linens. The water does not get hot, unless asked. They come to fix it and then it stops working again. We paid 10 Pounds a night for parking :(

It is in quite a good location for public transport, was a good size and very reasonably priced

The property itself was fine but we didn’t get access details to enter the apartment until the last minute, sat in our car outside the apartment block, waiting. Access details should be shared either the day before or early morning of check-in day, not waiting for the guest to arrive. It seemed that the staff were assuming I’d be able to pick up messages there and then outside the apartment but I had lost signal on my mobile phone, therefore adding to the uncertainty of whether we were going to gain access

Nice and open, I booked a 2 bed but was given a 2 bed. The lighting in bathroom was amazing. Plenty of room and was perfect for my stay

The king sized bed was really hard and uncomfortable, for someone with back issues it made it so I couldn’t sleep on that bed (luckily there was another bed room) . You can hear a lot of outside noise, reception/wifi wasn’t great.

The apartment was gorgeous! So spacious and had everything we needed whilst travelling with a baby. Clean and tidy. Location was within walking distance of shops and places to eat. Private free car park that was easy to access. Enjoyed our stay, thankyou!

started off quite vague! eventually found the keysafe… after having to call owner, property nice, communal areas clean.. Flat was clean, decorated extremely sparse.

arrived, got in eventually…. No Bath towels, just 2 small hand towels No Bathroom mirror. Luminaire missing from bathroom light Grout still all over bath tiles…. No bed linen. Another call to owner and staff did bring some… but weird how you have to ask, and when i asked the staff… she said ‘most people don’t use covers etc. on the bed’ 🫣 Then there’s the ‘Mattress’ as other reviews, it’s like stone! just about liveable for 2 nights! No Tv at all, and it’s listed as there being one(?) not a biggy, but handy when sat waiting for your uber not to bother showing up! BUT worst of all you are directly below Heathrow main flight path! …. starts with a nice wake up call at around 450/ 5am until 2300! And i mean proper throttle backs for landing!!! Plus doesn’t help windows don’t close properly… Mind good if you like ‘spotting! In summary was cheap, for outer london but still £130 per night… Glad to be home 👍🏼😊
