Needed larger tash can in kitchen aera. Could use small desk for work. Not a major concern , just a item that I wiould have wanted.

This location was truly tranquil. The views from the porch were stunning and relaxing. We could sleep with the windows open and a wonderful breeze. Ate breakfast and snacks on the porch. Roomy bathroom. Many great sites to visit. We would definitely return.

Property is as described, just be sure you look at the pics for the room you book. The king room we had has a microwave and toaster oven but no stove or sink - it's really a converted closet with a counter and small frig and coffee bar. So don't plan on actually cooking. But that was OK with us. There were dishes and utensils, etc.

Great view, nice rooms, quiet area in a private road. Free off street parking. Easy drive into town.

Short drive into downtown Kona.

Die Aussicht war super! Das Guest House ist nah an der Stadt gelegen und mit dem Auto in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

The property was in a quiet neighborhood and had beautiful views of the ocean from the lanai. It was conveniently located close to town and near the highway. Loved hearing the sounds of coqui frogs at night!

There was no AC which wasn’t a huge issue since we were gone for most of the day and it cooled down sufficiently at night.
