Noise from the next door pool filtration system not exactly tranquil

Breakfast was not included. Measls not included. The view on the Lanai was beautiful over-looking Kona. It was a breath-taking view. This is our fifth time staying here. Most of the time we go out to eat. Sometimes we bring meals back to the unit and enjoy the sunset. Which is always spectcular.

Easy laid back location and quiet. Great place to relax and watch the sunset

Shower could be updated

The location was excellent and the hosts were very pleasant. They were easy to work with both prior to arriving and while staying.

There was no air conditioning, so at times at night is was not as comfortable as we would have preferred. While there is a nice breeze it wasn't enough. Had there been air conditioning all ratings would have been exceptional because as I said the location is fantastic and is a great value.

The host was wonderful, easy to get a hold of, and lots of good info for us as we got into town on a later flight. Lovely folks. The room had a great view and was very spacious. We really appreciate the little kitchenette nook in the room and outdoor seating on the deck. The large closet was great. The neighborhood was quiet, and parking was easy.

Just be aware that if you're planning a night out and taking ride share, there's not many drivers, and the neighborhood is a ways out. The rooms are also on the upper floor of the house. It's a little tricky getting bulky bags up and down. My partner did find it quite hot, but he survived.
