Loved the fresh fruit from the garden and a bottle of prosecco which welcomed us when we arrived. The view is amazing and our gracious hosts provided all the equipment we needed to visit the beach.

Quiet and secluded, up away from the hustle and bustle of the oceanfront, but extremely easy to get to. Enjoyed the “treehouse” feel being on the second floor, the birds and geckos making appearances, and the coffee maker ☺️ The hosts share fresh produce from their garden and are a great resource for local info. Extremely friendly.

The spectacular view of the ocean from the deck. The bed was really comfortable. The hosts were very kind and attentive.

The view at sunset was beautiful but the amenities and cleanliness of the room was unacceptable.

The carpet and bathmats were worn and not vacuumed, the “king size bed” consisted of two old twin mattresses with a 3” foam pillow top mattress topper. It wasn’t even the room that was advertised and reserved! Ad said you could make a meal, when the “kitchen” was a bunch of appliances stacked in a closet. It was completely unacceptable and we left after one night. I informed the host and requested refund/response but never received any reply.

Wonderful room! Pics don’t give this place any justice. We loved it, not only because it’s conveniently located (5minutes drive from Kona, but far from the crowd), but also because the owners made us feel welcomed and cared for. The view is awesome. You will get everything you need and more! Absolutely recommended!

I would have liked more room in the freezer. It was pricey to be a B&B, but it was Labor’s day weekend and we really enjoyed our staying.
