Easy excess, easy parking, everything was clean, had privacy.

The bed was a little soft.

Location and very quiet

The neighborhood was gorgeous and Greg was wonderfully responsive. I felt comfortable and safe. There was plenty of room

I needed a plate to microwave some leftover food and Greg brought it over to me right away. He's working on bringing over things that permanently

The house was nice and clean. The house was well lit and quiet.

The house number could be white numbers instead of black. It was hard to see at night.

This adorable home was just what i needed to get out of the hotel run I have been on when traveling. It was cozy and roomy, and in the Best location for getting to just about everything (Parks, ZOO, riverfront dining/attractions/open walking spaces). I had a full living room area with a mini fridge and microwave, a roomy bedroom with TV and dressers, as well as a bathroom to myself (and the bathroom has a heater!). I particularly like the living room fireplace heater. It was so pretty and relaxing. The owner was beyond kind and very responsive to text messages of any needs or questions I had. I knew there was someone upstairs, but rarely heard them as they kept to themselves. The price was very reasonable for what you are getting. I would 1000% stay here again if I am back in the area.

Living room TV was not available for my visit, but it is being worked on. Yay! For some I think the bed will be considered soft, and the bed frame creaked quite a bit when moving. Just some tiny things I noticed. I just put youtube on with a 10 hour black screen with rain sounds and slept like a baby :)

It is well situated in an older neighborhood of North Tacoma. The keyless entry worked well. The microwave and minifridge were new and worked well. The bathroom countertop was new. There was a graveled off street parking spot. The living room was a good size.

Worn and run down: I got what I paid for. Hard to find in the dark. The front yard is full of garbage and debris. The spring on the door is broken. The entire place is in need of a refresh. The heater did not work the first night (but did after). The in-wall electric heaters were loud, a problem in the bedroom. The bed was old and saggy. The pillows were old and saggy. The bedroom was OK for one person, but not two. The bathroom was cramped. The tub was old and stained. The towels were probably washed but were stained. Not a single soap dispenser was filled: all were at the very bottom. There was an old, used bar of soap in the shower. One of the couches was covered with a sheet, suggesting that it is worn and torn (I didn't bother to look, the other couch was intact with a Salvation Army aesthetic). The carpet in the living room was aggressively worn.
