for the price, you truly cannot beat it! a clean, comfortable room that felt very private even tho it’s technically a shared space. it was a little bare bones, but not in a bad way-only necessities provided. for a stay that cheap it really exceeded my expectations! if you’re passing through and need something safe and in a nice location this spot is great!

Convenient location. The bed was comfortable. Greg was responsive to my call.

Could not find the code to enter in my email so texted Greg and got the code. Wasn't really relevant as I found the front door unlocked and wide open. Key for bed room door not in an obvious place. Felt very uncomfortable. Although info states coffee and coffee maker present, there was just a teaspoon in a open bag in cabinet

The bed was clean and comfortable and the house was locked at time of arrival.

The suggestions that I had made after my first night stay 5 days previously had not been acted on.The TV was on at arrival but no remote to be found to turn off. Light switch in Dining room has no plate. Not sure this a charmer, but it was an inexpensive place to get a good night's sleep.

"Perfect place for a one or two night rest."

Location is a well located quiet neighborhood, easy to find, easy to park. Although it was a shared space, we never saw or heard the other occupant.

The mattress and linens were old and quite worn - flat pillows and a soft saggy mattress. Would not recommend if one has back problems.

It was a nice big space in a pretty neighborhood close to the Puget Sound and a pretty quick drive to downtown Tacoma. Really inexpensive and with kitchen access.

The only issue, and I don’t know if the host can control this, is that I didn’t get any of the information I needed about the property until the second day (through Booking.com). So I didn’t have the correct door code or any info about the Wi-Fi. However, Greg was amazing and Answered his phone at midnight when I realized I couldn’t get into the property so that he could come help me get in and give me the correct door code.
