Grand Chalet Aparthotel

We loved the location and the view, as well as the fact that the apartment was clean, there were available parking spots, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The apartment was cozy and warm, making our stay very comfortable.

The only thing missing was an iron in the room. It would be great if this could be added for future guests.

New apartment and equipped.

We arrived as a family of 4, parents and two small children for 4 nights. We were looking for an apartment with a kitchen so that we could cook and in this way also save a little on the cost of the long trip. I will conclude by saying that the experience was very unpleasant. Check-in is done by receiving a code to your email, and you have NO communication with the owner of the property. From the moment you enter the property, if you encounter any problem, you have NO one to talk to, for example: 1) We were given one roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 5 days! The roll ran out, and we had to beg them to bring more. 2) The pots and pans they put in the apartment are not suitable for the induction. They just put them there and we couldn't cook almost the entire trip. 3) We asked to know how to turn on the towel warmer. NO answer was given. 4) The internet was very bad!!!! They gave us the wrong code, and we just gave up. 5) The couch was supposed to be a bed, and it was not prepared, and we had to look for bedding for the couch. If you come without a car, it's a big problem because the house is in the middle of nowhere. There is no one to take care of you, and the number given is the phone number of the person in charge. During the 4 nights we stayed, this number was passed between 3 people!! They lied, didn't provide anything, and I had to involve Booking's customer service many times, and they also lied to Booking. They supplied us with a pot and a pan and another roll of toilet paper a day before we left. Very bad experience. We were really disappointed.

The apartment is spacious, warm, equipped with everything you need. It is very clean. We liked it, we will come back
