IEOur stay was horrendous.. The apartment block was in a rough area and very run down - smell of urine in the staircase up to apartment, stains all over walls and floors .. Our room was unclean and completely different to pictures on site . Water worked for 2 showers and then stopped .. all utensils cupboards furniture was dirty with numerous stains on them .. Owner would not communicate after we asked apartment to be cleaned (which she had agreed to but was never done) .. Worst place we have ever stayed and I cant stress enough do not stay here or give this woman your money ... This apartment is not fit for anyone to spend time in or sleep in ...

The apartment was not located as advertised. when phoned the host - she was rude and felt like I was disturbing her, she even asked me to call back later, we were outside the wrong location!!. The apartment is on the top floor up x4 flights of stairs, lift out of order so not suitable for people with mobility issues. The apartment block is in very dodgy area, we were a group of girls and did not feel safe. The front door glass was broken, key hard to use. The smell from the ensuite was horrendous.
IEOwner kept changing the code on the lockbox. Were told we could get into apartment at 12 but didn't get in til 4. Bad sewage smell in bathrooms. We were sent to the wrong location. It isn't called Slyline Vista at all. Owner keeps changing names of the place and street because of the complaints according to the locals. Lift is out of order so have to walk up a few flights of stairs so not suitable for elderly or anyone injured. Not family friendly

IEI had two young children and it was fighting going on in the house next door and the place was very intimidating
The location is awful. The access to it is awful. Felt very unsafe. My young children had to witness terrible things which I will not go into

This appartment is nothing like advertised. You have four flights of stairs with no lift which was said prior however what was not said was before that you have an additional two flights to go thorough within the complex. The address that is listed online was not correct it took us five minutes walk away which concidering the entire area is hills it was not ideal. Getting to the appartment we were met with a door that did not open without being forced open and said door also had two broken pains of glass in it. Not ideal. Once in the apartment we found the place to be quite dirty not to mention my bedroom door did not have a handle the beds were so uncomfortable that I had back pain for three days after. Concidering this was a family holiday arriving to the apartment having broken glass pains it did not makes any of us feel safe at all. Taking this all into account I would not reccomend this for any families.

Absolutely disgusting property, in unsafe area. Unhelpful owner. Way overpriced and not true reflection of property advertised. Please do not spend your hard earned money on this property and avoid at all cost
IEIt’s a spacious 3 bedrooms apartment . It’s clean. It’s quiet the night we stayed .
The worst experience so far 👎🏻 -The location was hidden with no signpost for the apartment. The address in the booking was wrong , it brought us to the opposite side of the correct location . -The building is old and not well managed . - some sewage smells off the en-suite bathroom -No initiative in communication at all from the owner about checking in and basic facility of the property - exact location, WiFi and hot water system… until I whatapp then only answered ( didn’t answer my messages in booking app and text messages) The negligence , not welcoming and unprofessional service as a host is completely unacceptable. It would be once off business for me , no more ! 100% NOT recommended , especially for family !
