Easy to access clean and comfortable. We liked the powerful shower

Our stay was very comfortable

Clean and spacious. Quick response from host whenever needed. Easy check in. Easy parking. Well stocked kitchen with utensils. Short walk to lovely park and high street.

Naturally the first floor flat becomes warm in the heat, but as it’s on a main road, very noisy when the windows are open. No fan. Iron but no ironing board.

Good sized apartment in a great location for the centre of Rochester

Great location - easy walk of less than 15 minutes into historic Rochester or to the train station. Rochester was charming - Castle, cathedral , and lots of great pubs and traditional restaurants. The apartment was as advertised, and a reasonably priced option. Good communication with our hosts, including how to use the lock box to access the apartment on our own schedule.

It was very clean. Good water pressure for shower and lots of hot water.

It wasn’t kitted out for 4 people. Only two dining chairs, one sofa for 2/3 persons. No storage at all in one bedroom and no bedside table in other bedroom.

Great location and the flat was very clean. The shower pressure and temperature were brilliant. The welcome basket was a lovely touch. Plenty of loo roll, toiletries and cleaning equipment provided. Thank you.

Not sure if the key situation meets Fire Safety regulations, key needed to open the flat door and outer door to both enter and exit. A spare set of keys would be helpful. Only 2 of most things (dining chair, wine glasses) but 3 people staying. Could do with bedside table/lamp and clothes hanging/storage in both rooms bedrooms. Kitchen blind doesn't raise and lower.

Butiful quiet location. Host Amanda lovely and welcoming. The animals are just the icing on the cake
