Good location

There’s no elevator

Comfy bed and clean room. Very friendly staff, who went above and beyond. They helped us with booking transport to the next location and gave recommendations. They also looked after our scooter by bringing it in to the hotel foyer and locking it safely overnight. Despite us booking online, when we arrived the hotel was fully booked, however the owner arranged for us to stay at a different hotel for the night at their expense with free transport both ways.

The hallway light shone through the window above the door, however there was a switch at the end of the corridor to turn it off. Other that minor problem I can't fault it.

Location is great. Stuff is polite, they can help with info about the city.

No elevator. It is not clean...lets say reception is great, housekeeper not so much

Rooms could use a refurbishment, nothing too bad, though. The air conditioning unit didn't work properly..

I've heard splashing of water in the bathroom at 12AM as if there is somebody taking a shower inside when in fact I'm the only one staying in my room. somewhat scary but that's okay 😊

The staff was nice and the location was good.

The A/C didn't work and the wall mounted fan didn't work. The A/C felt cold for a little bit and then just blew hot air after that. The fan was missing all of the buttons. You could see where others had stuck pens or similar objects in the missing button holes trying to get it to work. I did the same to no avail. We considered sleeping in the hallway because it was much cooler out there. There were a handful of small roaches on the walls as well. We absolutely do not recommend staying here.

Staffs , location and bigger rooms and beds.

Very less light, electronics boards r very old they don't even work properly, ac r just running somehow. WiFi does not work!
