Helpful staff, good room size, central location next to palace, free water.

No lift for those with heavy bags, cockroaches in our room.

Their no elevator. 6th floor my room. Very stressful

Stayed here a few times now, very friendly staff and clean room with a good location. Room has comfortable bed, TV and air-com. Bonus was my friend left his mobile phone in the room and the staff found it and handed it in to the reception. The staff then agreed to bring the phone to Siem Reap as the staff was going there and we had gone there after Phnom Penh. Excellent honest and helpful staff thank you.

The location and staff were awesome, very helpful and kind.

The room wasn't perfectly clean and the bath leaked a little bit. Also we thought that the french taco that was advertised was really expensive and kind of gross.

Close proximity to central area, cheapest

No lift, Ground Floor room was horrible, unclean, no window; so got shifted onto 5th floor, air condition without adequate cooling, fan not properly functioning.

Nice location near the river and palace. Friendly staff and beds comfy. Fridge was great and AC powerful.

Was on 4th floor which was a pain with no lift. Sheets and bedding had ripped holes and no security deposit box. Bathroom needs a deep clean, mold in soap holder, also shower not too strong (maybe cause on 4th floor)
