My room was infested with bugs, I spent the 3 hours in the night trying to catch them but they just didnt's top appearing. Finally I decided to leave the place in the middle of the night.

"Not clean, loud place to stay, book with caution"

Staff were helpful when we had questions. That’s about it.

The place was very loud throughout the entire night. Both of us on the fourth floor got 4 hours sleep - people talking, yelling, chairs being moved:making a scraping sound all night(?). There was a bottom sheet on bed and an uncovered duvet which had hairs all over it. Pillows smelled like they hadn’t been washed in a while. General upkeep of the room was average - wires hanging out of wall, shelves in bathroom broken. Shower water was very average. There were holes in our sheet. We had our own sleep sacks and made a pillow from our clothing. In the morning some guys on the ground floor asked for a discount because the rooms weren’t clean. Bed was old and hard. Wifi was OK. Overall, was pretty disappointed and couldn’t wait to leave. I hardly ever review places we travel to but had to say something on this one. Wouldn’t recommend.

"Very nice location and cheap"

The location is nearby to city center. Just 5 minutes walk distance to grand palace.

I stuck in toilet for 10 minutes because I can't open the door. The door lock mechanism is using roller and I need to push the door first before I can rotate the roller lock.

The people were very nice and helped us with our travels. Also when we wanted to stay for another night, it was no problem. The room was quite large and clean.
